"Variable really let us down in lack of follow-through. Our institution contacted David in early fall, 2024. He and his team came out to visit about two weeks later. We sent a number of institutional graphic images for the signs via email. The company went dead silent on us after that. I texted and emailed David three times in the months following, twice with promised bids and mock-ups. None of the deadlines was met. The company had been recommended to us, but four months later we had to start all over again with a new company. Disappointing."
