"É um condomínio maravilhoso. São várias opções de lazer e bem estar, 2 piscinas, academia, SPA, churrasqueira, lavanderia, manicure, sala dde jogos e até restaurante! Da para pedir café da manhã almoço e janta pelo interfone!!!!! E isso com um condomínio que custa cerca de 50% a menos do que os demais condomínios do bairro. Isso tua a apenas 150m da praia e 20 metros do metrô. É perfeito!"
