"We’ve had a great experience with Vendasta. The product suite is effective for consolidating and streamlining key business processes, which saves time and improves execution. Anytime we need assistance, their support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful, clear answers, practical guidance, and great follow-through. We appreciate the partnership."
"We experienced recurring UI and API issues during onboarding that prevented us from safely deploying the platform to our clients. Although individual glitches were addressed, the cumulative instability made it unsuitable for our operational requirements. As a 20-year agency serving larger client groups, platform stability is non-negotiable. Based on our experience, we would recommend extensive internal testing before considering deployment."
"Vendasta’s support team has been exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my vendor application process. Special thanks to Vimal Sekar for his outstanding guidance, timely communication, and genuine customer-first attitude. Truly impressed with Vendasta’s service quality and commitment to their partners."
"Update – February 19 2026 In response to Vendasta’s statement that the agreement was ended “only eight business days after signing” and that services did not have a chance to get moving: I was billed over $3,000 on December 8 for a full month of service. However, vendor kickoff notes dated December 18 show onboarding had not yet begun. At that time, they were still requesting access to core platforms (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing) and stated they would review setup documents on January 2 due to the holiday schedule. Their own posted closures included: Dec 24 (Half day) Dec 25–26 (Closed) Dec 31 (Half day) Jan 1 (Closed) From December 18 through January 2, this left only about 7 effective working days before the proposed onboarding review. In other words, a full month was billed while onboarding was still pending and substantive fulfillment had not meaningfully begun. Additionally, on December 29, a Senior Enterprise Account Executive acknowledged in writing: “You should never have experienced the disappointing communication and work from the fulfillment team.” “The services delivered were not aligned with our standards.” “Repetitive visuals and generic copy do not meet the level of quality we aim to deliver.” An inappropriate public response “should never have put your brand at risk.” These written admissions directly contradict the suggestion that this was simply a matter of insufficient time. The termination was based on documented onboarding delays and acknowledged quality issues — not impatience. For transparency, I have included screenshots of the relevant emails and vendor threads so the timeline and statements are clear. Prospective clients should carefully examine activation timing, billing triggers, vendor accountability, and how onboarding timelines align with when charges begin. My experience with Vendasta did not align with what was represented during the sales process, and I would strongly encourage prospective clients to conduct very careful due diligence before signing an agreement. The sales process was polished and created clear expectations around onboarding, fulfillment timelines, and service quality. However, once services were activated and billing began, the execution was significantly different from what had been described. Billing started immediately upon activation. Yet meaningful onboarding and vendor engagement were delayed, and progress during the initial service period was minimal. Communication gaps and coordination issues contributed to limited forward movement, but charges continued in full regardless of the lack of substantive deliverables. The services that were ultimately delivered did not reflect the level of quality presented during the sales discussions. Content lacked strategic depth, timelines were not met, and certain actions created unnecessary risk rather than adding value. It is also important to understand how the vendor model works. Much of the fulfillment appears to be performed by third-party providers, and the company does not appear to guarantee or stand behind the quality, timelines, or performance of those vendors in a meaningful way. When issues arose, responsibility was largely attributed to vendor constraints rather than resolved directly. As a client, this leaves you with limited recourse while billing continues. Prospective clients should pay particularly close attention to the contract structure and activation terms. Once services are activated, billing begins regardless of fulfillment progress. Deliverables and performance standards are not tightly defined, and the agreement provides broad discretion in how services are carried out. It can be difficult to exit even when the services being delivered do not meet expectations. This was a costly and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend obtaining detailed written commitments regarding deliverables, timelines, vendor accountability, and cancellation terms — and having the agreement reviewed independently — before moving forward."
"Vendasta has been a huge part in the growth of my marketing agency. I am so thankful for what theu offer and what they do for me. Between the platform and all their integrations that are offered to me and for my client, my job is a breeze."
