"In the 1 year+ I worked with the Verz team, we focused on improving our keyword ranking for SEO along with search engine management (SEM). The SEO team is very responsive with new content updates and changes to the site. In particular, Shuyeong from the SEO team is very proactive in making sure that we are on track with the keyword ranking targets, with regular reports and analysis on our progress. As for the SEM team, there has been a few changes in personnel but I find it was a seamless transition from one team to another. Deon and Irah from the SEM team are very receptive with my questions and changes, especially during the busy Q4 period. Overall, I highly recommend Verz Design for their professional services!"

"Be careful working with Verz​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Design. My Shopify project was super delayed and it took me a lot of time and energy to get their team to correct errors. They finally launched the site with bugs and even placeholder “Lorem ipsum” text in several areas. What disgraceful standards. I initially saw their excellent Google reviews and engaged them, but I should have read the negative reviews first. A lot of the "good reviews" look very similar, probably written for review manipulation. The worst thing is that if you write a negative review, the owner will deny that you were ever a customer. Try it for yourself. Google "Verz Design" and you will find a lot of spammy “ecommerce design by Verz” or "corporate design by Verz" pages on clients’ websites, filled with irrelevant SEO text just to raise their own ranking. Is this good practice for a company that calls itself an SEO expert? Also, avoid Verz for SEM. I came across a paid ad on Google when googling "Verz Design" linking to one of those spammy pages on a client's website. Obviously a mistake in configuration by the Verz team. Hope the client didn't lose too much money paying for filler ads to promote Verz."

Instead of helping, Henry, the Managing Director, hung up on me and told me to fix it myself. Their tone was appalling, and they seem to capitalise on people with no technical knowledge.
