"Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Vibgyor School. I called for a simple query and was met with a shocking level of arrogance and rudeness. The staff disconnected my call twice, and on the third attempt, I was spoken to in a disrespectful, condescending tone. One of the staff members even had the audacity to say, “You might have wasted time, not us,” and added, We are big enough across the country, one customer less won't matter. Worse still, the lady on the call kept lying, insisting that we had already spoken before — even though it was my very first call. Instead of helping, she kept pushing me away and speaking rudely to my team. As a professional and as someone who respects the power of education, I find this behavior unacceptable. Schools are meant to model values like humility, honesty, and respect—not arrogance, dishonesty, and disregard for others' time. I urge parents, Don’t go by the brand name alone. Test how the staff communicates with you. Ask questions. Observe how they treat people who are not yet enrolled. That’s the real reflection of the school’s values. Totally disillusioned. A school may have infrastructure and branches, but without basic courtesy and ethics, it’s failing at its core purpose."

"As a parent I am completely satisfied with the school. Right from the basics such as security, hygiene, student teacher ratio, curriculum and SPA, which any parent evaluates before joining the school, school has scored a 10/10 from our side. Curriculum is progressive, you'll see your child develop in all the areas whether it is cognitive, social, physical, language etc. It's a second home where every student is known well, cared for, and respected, where each student is a member of a “life long learning process. Teachers are very supportive and caring and best is that my child looks forward to go to school."
