"I'm very satisfied with the service. I sent my Swatch watch in for a glass repair. It's a bit old, but what can I say? It couldn't be better. Excellent service, customer-friendly. Even though it's an older watch and a birthday present from my wife, it was repaired free of charge. I sent it in a padded envelope and wrapped it in paper towels. It came back in an original box specifically for watches. I give it 10 stars. Thank you so much."
