On the eve of the appointment, they do not send any reminders with the time and address of the appointment, as is usually done in private clinics.....and what struck me most unpleasantly was that during the examination of the child (encephalogram) the woman from the reception ran into the office several times, talking on the phone!!!!!, where the examination of the child was once again being carried out, which should take place in silence and a state of calm.
