"Não, esse comentário não é fake! O que você vai ler aqui é o depoimento de um cliente EXTREMAMENTE INSATISFEITO com os serviços e resultados da agência VOCÊ DIGITAL PROPAGANDA. Tenho hà 3 anos um e-commerce (loja virtual) onde comecei do absoluto zero! Nesse tempo ativo tive que desenvolver diversas habilidades e uma delas foi TRÁFEGO PAGO. Nesses 3 anos investimos em torno de R$70.000 em anúncios online e tivemos um retorno em vendas brutas R$730.000, garantindo um ROI mais que 10. Lembrando que aprendi tráfego pago do ABSOLUTO ZERO e consegui ter esses resultados. Chegou um momento que a evolução da nossa loja virtual estacionou e decidimos nesse ano de 2023 tomar ações diferentes para termos resultados diferentes, então contratamos a agência, mas infelizmente fizemos uma péssima escolha contratando a VOCÊ DIGITAL. 1° O local de trabalho e o atendimento do setor de compras é impecável, mas a partir do momento do envio do contrato começou a decepção (aonde eu já deveria ter desistido). O valor acordado e o valor em contrato havia uma diferença de R$550,00 reais a mais. 2° Itens que estava em contrato como a instalação das tag's do Google em nosso site não estavam funcionando. Falei com o "gestor de tráfego" e ele me respondeu que estava instalado corretamente, sendo que os valores de conversão não estavam sendo contabilizados. 3° O "gestor de tráfego" não teve a capacidade de verificar se os criativos estavam no formato correto para cada tipo de posicionamento na ferramenta META ADS. Criativos em carrossel em formato 1350x1080 sendo cortados para 1080x1080, assim não dando a total visão do conteúdo. 4° O "gestor de tráfego" não teve a capacidade de fazer um cálculo prévio de CPA (custo por aquisição) para as campanhas para ter um limiar até onde gastar para ver se as campanhas estavam boas ou não. 5° Como você podem ver na foto anexada, custo por compra de R$81,29, R$140,29, R$132,53, R$344,58 e por último para fechar com CHAVE DE OURO R$680,00 (questionei pessoalmente esse resultado com o "gestor de tráfego" e ele vira e me fala que era pra eu avisar ele com antecedência para que essas coisas não cheguem nesse nível). 6° Relatórios semanais básico do básico. O que eu faço somente com a leitura de dados com IMPRESSÃO e ADIÇÃO AO CARRINHO? Cadê o CPC? Cadê o retorno sobre o investimento? Cadê a analise do funil de venda? Cadê a taxa de conversão de cada etapa do funil de vendas? Gente, qual é o meu lucro sendo que meu ticket médio é de R$200,00 e o custo para eu vender é R$680,00? Eu contratei uma agência ESPECIALIZADA EM MARKETING para ficar RESPONSÁVEL por CRIAR as campanhas da minha loja virtual, ANALISAR o dados e GERENCIAR as campanhas da melhor forma possível.
