"We recently moved here and couldn’t be happier -it’s temporary for a year but so far it’s been a very easy transition from 5500 square feet to 1400! We love the staff here- Alex, Donna and Shaun are always available for anytime and the maintenance staff , Zack, Aiden, and Julien- are beyond and above! Julien even helped my jump my car when battery died- something goes wrong in our apartment- they are there within an hour- often sooner and don’t give up till problems are solved! We had only one day at pool, Labor Day but it is beautiful! And the community room and the dog parks - love all the dogs! Plenty of parking and underground too! Highly recommend Barclay Chase!"

"I had a lovely experience living here. Barclay Chase was a temporary 14 month lease for me while I prepared to purchase a new home. While I never used the amenities, they are very well kept. Alexandria and Donna were great at my time of move-in. Sarah has always been helpful the few times I called the leasing office. My only complaint is a large reason I chose this apartment was because of the built in car garage, but I regret to say that this feature was down on one side many of the months I lived there. This would not have been an issue if my parking spot was not so close to a wall and everyday I had difficulty pulling out and pulling in from it. Also the distance to the trash compactor especially after coming down stairs / elevator, is no fun at all. All in all this is a great choice for a short term living situation if you are able to afford it!"

"My boyfriend and I were here for a little over a year and we loved it. The move in/out process is extremely seamless and easy thanks to Alexandrea & Sean. The community is very quiet. We personally didn’t run into any problems. Any maintenance request was handled very quickly. Julian & Zach are great & very kind. The club house is very nice & I spent a lot of nights studying there. The cleaning crew does a great job— hallways were always so clean & smelled so fresh. The community is also very dog friendly & even has a dog wash station which is very convenient! Units are huge with plenty of closet space. We would have stayed longer if the commute to work/school was closer! I’d recommend it to anyone!"
