Being a foreigner it was easy to find cheaper solutions for web creation outside Denmark but Kasper changed my view by showing how a quality customized package can be given with a very reasonable price in Denmark itself. Signing the agreement I received a pleasant follow up call from Morten and Victor who made sure the work was getting done so that the website can be hosted soon. We had some calls and a productive meetings where they listened to my requirements and gave their opinion on how it is done in industry standards so that I can make the right decision. "Unfortunately, it is my experience that Web Koncept has the attitude of a large company that don't care about their customers. It's been 3 months since I signed a contract for 1 simple web page and there has been minimal progress where I've had to be the one to reach out and try to get the customer ambassador and designer to communicate. When I try to find a solution by speaking to anyone with some kind of authority they simply shuffle me around between different co-workers. I am sorry to say that this organisation is a complete mess. Stay as far away from Web Koncept as you possibly can."
