"Terrible experience - claims to be open 24 hours but met with a locked gate when I arrived in the middle of the day. Website no help. Resorted to calling the number on the website only to be on hold for 20 minutes and gave up after the recording had repeated “your call is important to us” enough times for it to actually be insulting. If calls are important then have enough people to pick them up. If customers are important then don’t lie about being open 24x7.
