"I was able to complete my transaction, however, I waited about 20 minutes for the one customer ahead of me. After a full 20 minutes, another associate came out from behind a screen door area, having NO idea anyone was waiting. She then made me feel a bit insecure about my Notary needs. I did not feel fully confident, however, we did get my transaction completed. The associates were nice but not timely. Also, I had called ahead to ask what area they were located and they told me another part of town. I realized after showing up to the incorrect location that they had given the wrong address. "Shipped a package to Hawaii. 3 weeks later and 7 phone calls to UPS including 3 to this with zero help what so ever. Worst UPS store ever. UPS has your deal with the store which in this case is no use. Save your time and money by shipping with some other store."
