"A security estate lifestyle is more of an overpriced fashion statement that a genuine security concern as is so often quoted by marketers and estate agents. This due to several reports of theft from inside security estates where it is thought that criminals reside in, or ar least operate from such estates. At this estate, where we presently have friends residing, I also do not like the close proximity of neighbouring properties as it leaves one with little to no privacy."
