"Both my web site and my email failed completely. Scott not only recovered both, but also set up Google Workspace correctly. Google may be able to design and provided good systems but their support and backup service is abysmal. The experience was a nightmare as I was unable to locate the host. I found the internet universe to be in a terrible state, with no phone numbers, or no one bothering to answer them. Or incorrect numbers listed on web sites. No one bothered to answer my email pleas for assistance. It needs a damn good cleanout, however, thanks to Scott knowing what he is doing, I was up and going again in a timely manner with nothing missing. He will be an excellent contact in future! Many thanks Scott."
