"⭐ 1 Star Terrible business practices! Europages hides critical cancellation clauses and only sends invoices 15 days before renewal—no proper reminders, just a trap to force payments. When selling, they are all nice words, but during renewal, they rigidly stick to hidden T&Cs. On top of that, their service is useless—we didn’t convert a single inquiry in the whole year. Most inquiries seem to come from bots, not real buyers. Completely unfair and deceptive. Avoid at all costs!"
"Don't ever do business with Europages (Visable). What they promise you during the agreement phase and what they provide you after the agreement are very different. I have been a member for 7-8 months but I have not seen a single benefit. In fact, it has caused me great harm. Apart from the many fraudulent requests coming from their own pages, they cause dozens of spam, virus-infected and fraudulent emails to come to your mail every day. And in the midst of your work, you have difficulty understanding which email is real and which is fraudulent. I currently receive at least 20 such emails a day. Some of them you can only notice after long correspondences or even hours/days of proposal preparation processes. You really need to be very careful not to fall into the scammers' trap. I don't know what will happen to you if you try to open those infected files. Europages (Visable) assigns you a consultant and you contact him, if he kindly replies or tries to fulfill your request. In short, don't do business with Europages (Visable)."
"I had a very disappointing experience with Visible GmbH. Initially, I was approached with a pre-contact agreement that seemed promising. However, once I expressed my reluctance to proceed, the company began to pressure me into making a purchase. Their aggressive sales tactics felt more like harassment than professional outreach. When I ultimately rejected their contract(by letter A/R), I was met with financial threats that left me feeling intimidated and vulnerable. As a small business owner, I expect to be treated with respect and integrity, but my experience with Visible GmbH has been anything but that. I urge other business owners to be cautious when dealing with them. Transparency and ethical practices should be fundamental in any business relationship, and I did not find that here."
"Spammer. I made a big mistake: I sent them an email inquiring about one of their products and they started spamming me. Decent enterprises ask first before they put customers on spam. This has not happened here. Having said that, at least this review was effective: They stopped spamming me. I praise them for that."
"Worst experience since i opened my GmbH in Germany. The service looked interesting but i was nt sure, after a phone call we had i was supposed to conferm the contract witch i never did . No papers where signed , but they clame the call was enough and i had to pay for something i did not want . Even if had asked fot cancelation before the 15 days limite ... Basically a legal way to cheat hard working people out of their earnings !! I dont advise it at all to anybody sensible looking to grow there company . It costed me over 5000euro for Zero returnes , GREAT DEAL !!!"
