"I instructed White Lily Reputation to help remove certain online articles. While they kept in regular contact throughout the process, they were not successful in getting all of the articles removed, so the outcome was not a full success as expected. The company advertises a 100% success rate, however this recognizeably was not my experience. Despite using their service, some articles remained online. In the end, I tried handling it myself using ChatGPT, submitted the relevant information directly to Google, and was able to have the articles removed without paying additional fees. In my experience, it’s worth trying to do this yourself first before paying for a reputation management service. If you have a clear DBS record, this can also help when requesting Google’s assistance with removing content. Based on my experience, I did not feel the service provided value for money or delivered the results I was hoping for"

"I approached White Lily for help with removing links to old, irrelevant news articles that were continuing to affect me. I had tried approaching the search engines directly with no success. It was difficult choosing a company as there is no easy way to compare them or to be certain about what might be achieved. Their ad seemed honest and when I approached them the price was affordable for me. They were up front from the start about what could be expected, and showed a detailed knowledge of how the systems work. They predicted how individual search engines would respond and those predictions proved correct, and accorded with my experience of trying to do it on my own. They succeeded in removing all of the negative information, and following up when some of the data controllers started varying their URLs to get round the removal. It has removed a huge weight from me and it has really been worth it. I would recommend them and use them again if I needed to."
