"A masterclass in poor service – if you’re into being ignored We ordered a demo fridge from WhiteAway, which arrived with huge, unannounced dents in the top – the kind that makes you question whether it even works properly. Enter Simon, the customer service rep, whose replies are a true art form: perfectly polite, utterly useless. No accountability, no actual help – just the classic “we can take it back if you’d like?” Sure, that solves everything, right? We then had the pleasure of hearing from Marius, who appears solely for optics, dropping “we’re sorry” lines like a malfunctioning chatbot, while doing absolutely nothing. Despite clear rights under consumer law, WhiteAway refuses to replace the item unless we pay extra – even though they delivered a damaged product. We’ve now filed an official complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus), since legal obligations apparently don’t apply at WhiteAway HQ. Unless you enjoy endless email loops and robotic “support,” we strongly recommend: shop literally anywhere else."
"Absolutely horrible experience. As everybody else writes here- they sell you stuff they do not have and in best case your delivery is delayed, but normally you get an email they cannot deliver and you need to contact them. Waste of time. I've sat through all the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sells at regular shops, thinking my appliance is on the way, just to learn 1 day before delivery that it is not coming at all. I wish there were negative stars to give..."
"This company is a bad joke and potential scam. I had a bad experience in Sweden. 1. They sell you a washing machine they do not have. 2. They send an email that the machine cannot be delivered and that you need to call them. 3. When you call them, they try to sell you another machine instead which is available for a better price on the official website of the producer (!), however, they marked up on their own website to lure you into believing you are making a good deal. Summary Better don't buy here. Save time, and choose a reliable company."
"Goods are postponed indefinitely, Placed an order in November with delivery date in early December to this date still not received the item and I get further delay this time is middle of April"
"Stay-away!"
