"Bonjour, Je viens d’échanger avec une personne de votre service commercial qui vient de me raccrocher au nez et qui employait un ton très très condescendant. (Peut-être que je dérangeais, qu'il était bientôt l'heure de partir et que mon cas n'en valait pas la peine...) Je cherchais à savoir s’il était possible de négocier les frais liés à un arrêt de contrat anticipé et ce Monsieur a été totalement exécrable. Au lieu de chercher à comprendre ce qui motivait ma démarche ou bien savoir d’où venait le problème ; il m’a dit « vous voulez enrichir en plus booking c’est ça ». Bref tout sauf une attitude commerciale. Peut-être une reconversion serait bienvenue. Je suis très choqué par cet échange…Et évidemment je ne conseillerais pas Cendyn..."
