"Unfortunately, my learning experience was negative. Firstly, the feedback is very poor. The course is presented exclusively via recording, so if you have questions, you won't receive a prompt response. While there's a formal statement that there's a mentor you can contact, you have to wait up to two weeks for a response. This is critical for a beginner, as the learning process and motivation can be lost during this time. Secondly, the course is advertised as being for beginners, but the information is presented as if the student already has the basic knowledge. Many points aren't explained in detail, and if you don't understand something, you're left to figure it out on your own for a long time. The biggest problem is the outdated material. The technical instructions and examples in the course are no longer relevant. The interface for Google Ads and other advertising products has changed significantly, and the course shows an outdated version that doesn't reflect current reality. This makes learning difficult and confusing, especially for those just starting out. I understand that I purchased the recorded course and saw the format in advance, but the description promises support from a mentor and up-to-date knowledge. Unfortunately, this isn't the case in practice. The homework has been completed and submitted, but there's no checking. The questions asked have also remained unanswered. The dates on the screenshot indicate that the wait has been prolonged."
