"According to the website, they deliver the next day... For me that was the whole reason to purchase my roofcase. The next morning I received a message that delivery will take place t he day after.... I called this company and asked if we could arrange something else because I really needed this item today instead of a day later... Their warehouse is litterly 10 km from my home. I offered to pick up the item myself, but that was not possible.... When I asked to talk to a supervisor, the answer was: No! You can send an email.... Very helpful organization, very customer orientated and flexible to keep their customers satisfied..... I will never order from this company again!!! Terrible service!"

"Used part was sent by winparts and I still tested it to use it in case it works however unfortunately it didn’t even work. Return took 3 weeks within NL. Noone prioritized it until I called at the end of 13th day. Even after I called, I had to call again next day to remind it for them to send the return code to reorder a new part. Finally I received the code, I tried to buy it with this code and at the last step the website gave an error that something went wrong with payment. I could not reuse the code because it’s “used” so it’s not clear whether my order has been placed or not. Right after I called them again to make sure if my order is placed or not. They said they will manually confirm my order because it’s not set and they will send an email to track and trace the delivery. No surprise: I didn’t receive any email in the end of the day! I have to call them again tomorrow, still I couldn’t reorder it and will go to holiday soon. Kudos to this very responsible and professional company…"
