Impromptu itinerary time... Found this place that looked pretty good... In our budget in a country we'd never been to. Jackpot!!! Great staff. Steven, one of our concierge / front desk / "agents" was particularly outstanding. Cheers!! You know who you are... Keep up the good work. Great view from our room. Even better views from the approach on the plane. Touchdown! Bingo!! Yatzee!!! Nice restaurant in the hotel. Good breakfast. Reasonable prices. "A a professional woman that spends sometimes 200 days a year on the road, i see and experience quite a bit of good and great hotels. This hotel is the first time in my adult life was treated like a recent felon. This particular trip began on July 2 and have had experiences with hoteliers that will last a lifetime. I was so hopeful this would be one of them. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, the staff are so nice. I’m seriously in disbelief over this situation. Also, as others have commented, the rooms are without any air conditioning and the room I was assigned was just so hot."
