"Very helpful customer service as I tried to figure out how to ship an unwieldy but sentimentally valuable piece of furniture from California to NC. At no point did the folks in the store say “Sorry - we can’t help you”. It was always “Let’s see how we can help you with this!” While we were figuring out the details of my shipment, I observed the interactions of multiple other customers with other customer service folks at the store. Everyone was treated with respect and efficiency. If I lived in the SF area, this would definitely be the store I regularly used."
"I rent a mailbox at this location and they lost a very valuable and important package. This is extremely disappointing, considering that the reason I am paying for this service is to avoid packages getting lost. I have emailed, called, and visited the store in person multiple times to follow up on whether they can find my package or compensate me for it. They have not responded to any of my emails. When I call or go in person, they simply say, "we'll get back to you." Eventually, the employees told me that the owner has agreed to compensate me for the lost package. It's been 6 weeks. Still no compensation despite me following up multiple times."
