Kelsie answered any question I had while booking my knee replacement and helped with hotels and other travel questions. On the day of surgery I felt safe with the staff. The nurses were great. Dr Rodriguez directly contacted me before surgery and said I could contact him with any questions directly. The day after surgery he came to check on how I was doing. He was the most approachable surgeon I’ve dealt with and I always felt that I was in good hands. He was specifically recommended to me in the first place. I knew I needed a left hip replacement done privately because of pain after 2 years. The process went smoothly with professional support. Dr. Cayen called me & his consultation was informative. He had a great resume & experience. I had my surgery done Oct.22nd & was impressed with the staff & surgeons care in recovery & hospital stay caring for all my needs. The facility clinic was very clean, sterile , organized and ran smoothly. The hotel Sheraton was accommodating & had our room set up to help w recovery. Amazing staff. Delicious meals at restaurant. Shuttle to airport. I would recommend this company in Toronto and now onto recovery. Feedback & a booklet of information was explained well with follow up meds, exercises , physio , etc."
