"I booked a one-night stay the day before I left Helsinki. Noli Malmi was inexpensive compared to the airport hotel, and a very short walk to the train station. From Malmi, the 5AM train was about a 15 min ride to the airport. The room was great; I really only needed a bed and bathroom, but it had everything you would need in an apartment for a longer stay. I had arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, but was still able to check-in early. The staff are able to store your luggage if you arrive earlier than your room is ready, but for my case, this wasn't an issue. Absolutely would stay here again next time I'm in Helsinki!"

"Location is a bit far from city centre.You have to take a commute train around 25 mins to the main train station/city centre. But if you would like to stay near airport,this location is perfect. There is a train station right next to the hotel. There is a small shopping mall with grocery stores.But not much around here. The facilities are really good and the room is spacious.I booked the studio actually comfortable enough for 2 persons. There is a all quipped kitchen,stove,microwave and dish washer. There is a cabinet with dryer and iron for borrowing. Also the hotel equipped with a small gym and sauna.It is pretty good for someone need to stay a longer time and want to cook. They also have laundry services. Lastly,pet friendly!!! There are lots of drawers for storage.I noticed they have long term rental."

"Update: 11/11/2025 Unfortunately, after my previous review and all the promises of improvement, the same issue has happened again — another bicycle theft from the same parking area. This is beyond disappointing. Despite repeated reports and the management’s previous response claiming that “everything was checked and functioning properly,” it is now clear that the core security issue remains unresolved. Residents deserve real action — not just polite replies. Security cameras, proper gate access control, and monitoring are basic expectations for a property of this standard. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that thefts continue to occur in a place that promotes itself as a secure and modern living environment. Until Noli implements tangible safety measures, I can only warn others to be extremely cautious about using the parking hall. 9/2025: I am extremely disappointed with Noli Studios not for quality for their rooms , it is perfect but for a critical thing like Safety . My Friends bicycle has been stolen twice from the parking hall. Despite repeatedly informing the management about serious security issues with the parking hall gate and the broken protective structure, nothing has been done. Instead of addressing the problem, the only advice they were given was to file a police report – which does nothing to increase residents’ safety. It is unacceptable that such a well-known company ignores basic security and allows residents’ property to be stolen so easily. I recommended Noli for everyone always before but now NEVER. I’ve completely lost trust in their ability to provide a safe living environment. If you value security and peace of mind, I cannot recommend Noli Studios."

"Quite possibly the best price/quality ratio hotel I have ever been to. Great room for the price, great services and common areas: there's even a free to use sauna that's heated every day(?). Right next to the train station so you're always about 20 min from city center. I actually prefer Malmi iver staying in city center. There's no tv in the room, no staff in the evenings but you don't need those things in a budget hotel really. If we need a hotel in Helsinki ever again we're sure to book again."

"This place is amazing for its price. The room is very clean and it has everything you can ask for. It’s spacey, has a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine and the hotel itself has so many shared areas that are clean and very functional. There is a washing machine, dryer, steamer, hanging room, ironing boards, the sauna is mixed and is super clean, the gym is relatively complete, there is a cool TV/movie, gaming and work area. The staff are really nice, they let me drop my luggage before i checked in and they told me not to worry after I accidentally broke the vase. Thank you so much!! Everything was so clean, convenient and functional. Was worth the price."
