"TERRIBLE SERVICE Zap Group used to offer price comparisons on its website. Recently it has moved into direct sales. In late June 2025 I bought a high quality vented clothes dryer from Zap. They sold me a dryer with the vent on the wrong side, which I cannot use. After endless and very unpleasant discussions with their rep they promised to take the dryer back and refund my payment. The new dryer has been sitting in my home for a full month and Zap has yet to send its deliveryman to pick it up. Messages to its top managers are ignored. Stay away from them."

"Don't you dare go near them! I lost thousands of shekels because of them! They dropped my case between the chairs. They transferred me from one client account manager to another! They made me a website that apparently can't be opened for Google funding and a lot of other damage! There is no response from them. It's all a bot and the soul is out until they manage to get hold of them"
