"I've been living here for four years. I've lived in the city center my whole life and was worried that living in a high-rise building wouldn't be so pleasant. It all started out quite nicely: clean, green, and well-maintained grounds, everything neat, intact, and functional. It was a sight to behold, and all my doubts immediately vanished. Gradually, with each passing year, the grounds got worse and worse: cracked tiles on the road and stairs, a constantly out-of-order elevator (just remember, the building has 25 floors and about eight apartments per floor), constantly burned-out light bulbs, and the icing on the cake, which everyone already knows about, is the lack of parking, construction on new buildings, and parking spaces are becoming increasingly scarce. To rent a parking space, you have to compete with other people for it. I won't even mention the cost; in Altair, renting a space is three times more expensive than anywhere else. The management company, the management company, the concierge (one of two flowers, no question), and the security guards are probably just there for show, getting paid to watch TV series. Call with any question, and they'll be rude, won't answer your question, will make excuses 40 times, and generally won't come to any conclusion. You're expected to fulfill your responsibilities as a resident, but apparently that doesn't apply to them. For the past few years, their work and most of the organizational matters have been handled by the residents. Conclusion: Before renting or buying an apartment here, think twice and look for an option with at least fewer downsides and a management company that fulfills its obligations."
