"A very bad community, hostile to residents. For several months, their cleaning lady has been coming three times a week at 6-7 a.m., cleaning very loudly, banging on the metal railings and waking the residents. This situation has been reported several times by email (no response) and by phone (arrogantly, saying there's no longer a curfew). I should add that there was recently renovation work on the stairwell, and the workers also started making noise and drilling at 7 a.m. Working late hours or night shifts is not easy, and they are woken up three times a week by a worker hired by the community, yet the community sees nothing wrong with this and doesn't respond to residents' requests (which, by definition, should be implemented). Edit in response to the community's response: Unfortunately, the problem with the cleaning lady hasn't been resolved. Simply providing information isn't enough, especially since you're the one hiring the cleaning company, over which you then have no control. The same applies to the stairwell renovations – another one just started on Saturday at 8 a.m. I am sorry that you do not respond to residents' complaints at all, but only "pass on complaints" to have an alibi that you are doing something, when in reality the residents' problems remain unresolved, and to make matters worse, you directly commission services that are performed by other companies in our building in a noisy manner on weekdays at 7 a.m. and on weekends at 8 a.m."
"Budynek Kasprowicza 80 - chodniki są odśnieżane i sypane solą jakieś dwa metry od wejścia do klatki, a wszystkie pozostałe przylegające do bydynku oblodzone i przez większość czasu nieodśnieżone. Dopiero niedawno ubity śnieg został skuty i usunięty, zamiast odśnieżać na bieżąco. Gdzie tu logika, gdzie sens? W dodatku klatka zasyfiała, usuwane są jedynie ulotki ze skrzynek i kosza. Proszę wziąć przykład z sąsiedniego budynku Kasprowicza 80A innej spółdzielni. Po każdym opadzie nie ma ani grama śniegu na chodniku wzdłuż bloku."
"The worst property manager in Bielany, and perhaps all of Warsaw. The stairwells in the apartment buildings are not cleaned, despite residents' complaints about filth. You can't even get the heating turned on in winter. The arrogance and arrogance of the maintenance department employee is reprehensible.
