"Full 0!! This is the worst Ukrposhta branch I have ever been to. Simply terrible service. For comparison, in the branch on Pechersk, on Ioanna Pavla II Street, everything is organized perfectly. Many employees, fast service, clear division of duties. Some are engaged in paying bills, others in issuing parcels. Everything works quickly and harmoniously. And on Zdanovskaya Street, there is complete chaos. One employee slowly serves both those who came to pay bills and those who are waiting to receive a parcel. Another is sorting parcels at this time. The queue was huge, right up to the door. It was obvious that one person simply cannot cope with such a flow of customers. I turned to the employee who was sorting parcels and politely asked if she could help, because there were a lot of people and the queue was not moving. In response, I heard that she was busy and sorting parcels. I understand that she doesn't have to give up everything, but when the line is at the door and people are waiting for 40 minutes, it's a matter of the organization of the branch. I stood for 40 minutes from the moment I walked in until I was able to pick up my package. There are constant problems, sometimes the internet is down, sometimes they look for a package for 20 minutes. It seems that no one cares about the lack of employees and they don't care at all how long customers will wait. Very slow service, complete disorganization and indifference to people. I will never recommend this branch to anyone. The worst of all where I have been."
