"It's a great story that the campaign will be up and running within a few weeks. Then, it's your website's fault, so they're trying to sell me another quote for a new page, which still doesn't work. After repeatedly complaining, they're back on my website, and my payment page isn't working. I discovered she'd removed it and then claimed she hadn't touched it. After confronting them, the payment page suddenly worked again after an hour. I received a bill for 4 hours of website maintenance, approximately €360. But I have no experience with a web designer whatsoever, so what? Oh yes, I'll hear about this after the quote has been approved, of course. Then they tell me I need to discuss this with my web designer and that they can't change it for me. Wait a minute? What am I paying for then??? Finally, I spoke to the so-called accounts receivable management, and they said they'd see if compensation could be given. This was discussed with the person who's terrible at placing ads and puts a dollar in an image, even though we live in the Netherlands, and as far as I know, the currency is the euro, and my work area is within the borders of the Netherlands. They're all amateurs, and they've racked up a hefty bill of over €4,000 within a month, including advertising campaigns, for a three-month contract. No compensation! It's not Zichtbaar24's fault, it's yours! Have I been duped or completely ripped off? By the way, I'm not the only one! A family member had the same experience with this company, but even worse."
