"If I could give this half a star or less I would. I hired them to create a website for me because I didnt have the experience or the time. I wanted a professional to create it. I signed the agreements of the services they were to provide. After 3 months, several emails with ZERO communication and pages and pages of changes to the website they state was complete when it was not any where near complete, I decided to dispute the charges on my CC for the lack of services and breach of agreement. One of the charges was for the AI chatbot on my website that I was not able to have my cc company honor for me even though I NEVER RECEVIED the finished product of the website which states on the agreement that the AI chatbot is provided on a functioning complete website. ZOEK Marketing is legally stealing from me for services they did not provide. Oh and not only that but they tried to state to the cc company that I was the one that was not communicating with them!!! EXCUSE ME I have all the receipts and the time stamp of the 31 days of no communication from them. STAY AWAY!! They will take your money, tell you your website is complete when links dont work, pictures arent changed that you requested MULTIPLE times, wording is misspelled. It was a huge copy and paste project that a pre schooler could have done a better job at."

I also found the services to be well worth the money for everything that’s included. Having a full year of support for redesigning, designing, and fine-tuning my website gives me so much confidence moving forward. It really feels like a well-oiled machine with a strong, coordinated team behind it. I’m beyond excited to be launching my website, and there’s no way I could have done it this quickly—or had it look this great—without such an amazing group of professionals. This is truly my A-team, and I’m grateful for all the hard work they’ve done."

"My experience with Zeok, via Wix, was great overall. I'm an artist and originally attempted to build my own website, but I became overwhelmed with coding. I decided to invest in myself and partner with Zeok to create my site. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t quite bring it to life — and that’s exactly what Mirtha and her team were able to do. They took my vision and made it real. At first, the process was a bit frustrating. I had a new launch coordinator each quarter, and some were in different time zones, which made scheduling calls difficult. My only complaint is the high turnover. It led to frustration as I had to repeat my vision and requests to multiple staff members, sometimes across time zones. However, Zeok definitely saved the best for last — Mirtha, my final launch coordinator, was spot-on. She understood my needs, followed up when needed, and made the process smooth and enjoyable.
