"I called to inquire about the office space and I practically had to fish for information. The girl that first picked up didn’t know much and ended up being frustrated and connected me to someone else. As I was asking the person she connected me with she kept laughing in a disrespectful way. Even though the service was more affordable than others. The people who picked up were uneducated in their product and rude. You have someone calling opening up a business, you should know what you offer and not have the client asking multiple times to elaborate. No email with information was offered."
