"Overall my experience was good with them... I just have an issue with them advertising things they do not have in stock... Dear PostNet Southdale Owner, unfortunately I cannot reply to your comment but decided to edit on my original review. I uploaded the images of the rubber stamp I was looking for. When I called in before going to your store, I was advised that they do have a red original rubber stamp in store. I then went to the store and asked for the stamp only to be told that they do not have a red original rubber stamp but only one in green which will not work for our line of business. I noticed the red original rubber stamp on the counter display but left. Due to the urgent need I returned to the store a day later and wanted to purchase the green original rubber stamp. I then advised the one staff member to remove the display stamps if they do not have those specific ones in stock. I ended up asking if I can purchase the display one which they allowed... So eventually it was sorted but do think that things that you do not have should be removed and staff should be aware of what they have in store when a client calls... Thank you for your response. It is appreciated."
