He needs better coordination in the appointment time and space because with one appointment on top of another there is a problem in the space too! In response to your own answer: You are probably confusing me with another patient. I visited your office for the first time as I had been having shoulder discomfort for a while and I thought I would investigate it further. It was not urgent! Would you like the same story for the couple (appointment before me) who were still waiting in the waiting room when I left after 1.5 hours? P.S.
