"Absolutely awful customer service and services. I see positive reviews from years ago maybe it used to be good. When you choose a company to manage and run your ads for your business you expect fast response, honest communication and tools provided to you for success. After working with this company for about 4 months we saw 0 results. We told them to focus on Google ads only and told them we have a high budget. Not only did they not work with us and our budget but kept suggesting it is not needed to increase it. They set up Google campaigns (Google search ads) and in 4 months never told us about banner ads that are suggested for improving our website traffic. They were slow with responses and never gave solutions. Monica and Pencho have the work commitment of a snail. No offence. Absolutely awful they have no motivation to work and were always very sleepy. Setting up ads is extremely easy and it is not rocket science. After talking further with the company's boss I was told they were ''consultants'' and that the customer has to '' follow up with them '' but when you hire someone who claims they are '' a team of experts '' you expect professionalism. After I personally got a hold of the account with another professional they noticed how no Google tag manager account was ever made, the key words were only exact instead of a combo of extract and phrase match and bunch of other settings were not properly made. After they set up a certain budget and a bid auction for weeks we would not see results and the excuse was that '' the search for the services were high these weeks so the budget was not high enough '' and whose fault is that when I pay good money for someone to keep an eye and '' consult '' me on this issue. After that I found out you can set up Google to automatically run your bid and budget based on searches. Which is what the new person I hired told me. but SEO max does not indeed know anything or they are not interested in learning, suggesting and educating their clients. No one who hires a firm like this for consultation purposes only, we have YouTube for advice, we hire you to know what you are doing and assist businesses, have an open communication, not slur your words on Google meetings and not have any solution. Now we have successful ads and banners no thanks to them and they have cost me NOT only the money we paid for their services and my time but hundred thousands of leva of missed clients and projects we could have had in that time, missing the peak season. Absolutely awful customer service in Bulgaria, customer is always right in cases like these and it is so disappointing they are not held accountable for their awful work. Not to mention that at the end when we were trying to improve our business profile and had an issue they took 2 weeks to answer after forwarding the email a few times and then not even responding to me they say our time is up and if we would like to continue and pay up. If this was another country with more rules and respect for customers I would want my money back. They don't even deserve the 1 star."
