"A good medical center, with one exception. For a year and a half, I've been going to the wonderful Dr. Olga Mikhailovna Lazyuk for ultrasounds. She's very gentle, pleasant, and professional, always providing feedback and reassuring. After such a good experience, I decided to see a gynecologist and was referred to Irina Stepanovna Komandirova. I'm still in shock. It was the most painful examination I've ever had; I've never been examined so painfully at a free clinic. I was practically jumping in the chair from the pain during palpation. Ultimately, they told me my appendages were like sausages, either chronic inflammation or fluid, and generally not very promising. They slapped a couple more diagnoses on top and sent me for an ultrasound. They wrote me a whole list of examinations with a ton of tests. My breasts were described as "absolutely fantastic," to which I replied that I have diffuse mastopathy and regularly get ultrasounds every six months. The response was, "I know." They prescribed a drug with no proven efficacy (an immunomodulator) for HPV treatment. After such a wonderful consultation, I had a full-blown meltdown as I left the center, and my stomach hurt for several hours afterward. The next day, I ran to see Ekaterina Nikolaevna Beresneva-Kasperova for an ultrasound. I'm incredibly grateful for her work and expert advice. The verdict: completely healthy, no inflammation, no enlarged appendages. Half the tests are unnecessary. Thank you so much for reassuring me, for your approach to patients; the difference in communication is simply colossal. The experience was truly amazing."
