"Terrible "clinic" (more like a factory or butcher shop)!! Neglegance, they don't do adequate testing and my dog died as a result of them refusing to run tests on him upon arrival 3 times. Until I realized what kind of a place it was I didn't understand why my dog would shake like a leaf every time we walk in there, whereas he used to LOVE his vet in Jerusalem."

We have a Great Dane who is still going strong at 11 years old. You are in great hands at this clinic!"

"They performed an aggressive surgery (to remove a cancer mass) on my dog without any prior testing (bloods ultrasound etc) only for him to die 3 months later, had they run sufficient tests (which we requested but were told if he’s eating and looks well there’s no need) they would have seen he was not healthy enough to do a surgery and his last months were spent in pain and recovery because they are neglectful and have factory mentality DO NOT take your loved ones there."

"Very dissatisfied, every time we came (already having no choice the last few times) we were severely disappointed.. Treatments significantly more expensive than other places, and of course they don't mention the price until the moment of payment. They gave us the wrong pills after castration. I tried to complain for a week and finally received a dismissive attitude and a response of "mistakes happen". Unpleasant attitude towards both us and the dog. We encountered several doctors with poor interpersonal skills (not all of them), who performed medical procedures without consulting or getting our permission, and of course charged us for it. In short - I recommend staying away if there is another option."
