"I recommend Comfic to local business owners who are having trouble attracting customers online. I have been running a chiropractic clinic in Tokyo since 2011. The chiropractic clinic industry is highly competitive, with 95% of clinics closing within 10 years. Since opening, our clinic had a website created and operated by another company to attract customers online. At the time, there were few competitors on the internet, and sales grew steadily. However, after two or three years, response gradually decreased, and the number of new patients dropped by 40%. As a result, we tried inserting advertisements in newspapers and posting flyers, but there was no response. I also managed our own PPC advertising to attract customers online. However, despite spending advertising expenses every month, the number of new patients did not increase. Therefore, in August 2016, I asked Comfic to manage our PPC advertising (Google) operations. Comfic calculates the average cost per customer and determines monthly advertising costs. We then calculate customer acquisition costs based on the number of patients we attract each month and measure the cost-effectiveness of our advertising expenses. As a result, we saw a slight increase in new patients and increased profits. After that, in May 2017, we created a new website using Comfic. As the number of new patients increased further, monthly sales increased by over one million yen eight months later. Of course, this was not a temporary increase, and sales are still continuing every month. From around March 2018 to the present, even when new patients make appointments, there has been a wait of more than two weeks. For this reason, we will be adding one more treatment staff member this spring. We believe that increasing the number of treatment staff will further increase sales.
