"I've used the drop-in service several times. The fees are reasonable, and the location is easy to get to with good access from the subway station. The facilities are simple but sufficient, and I like that the desk partitions are high, allowing me to concentrate on my work. I would also be happy if the drop-in reception system were further improved in the future. When I arrived before my 9am appointment, I had to wait until reception opened, and on other days the receptionist was not there, so I had to wait for a while. I think it would be easier to use if the receptionist's opening hours and system were more clearly defined. Overall, the office is good value for money and easy to use when you want to concentrate on your work."
"In coworking spaces, it can be distracting to hear other people's online conferences, but here, there are separate floors where you can hold online conferences and those where you can't, so it's easy to concentrate on your work. The fees are also reasonable."
"While the location is a little far from Shinjuku Station (although it's close to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station), the fees are very reasonable. There are several options available, so you can sign up as needed, which is a great convenience for businesses. Since we have locations in quite a few places, the Free Disk Plan is great because you can use all of them at no extra charge. As for the environment, whether it's noisy or not is probably a matter of personal perception. Personally, there are certainly the occasional noisy person, so I always have headphones on hand. *If there's a noisy person on the train, is that JR East's fault? Of course not. Well, from the perspective of someone with common sense, that is. When I look at the reviews, I'm surprised at how many unreasonable people are posting reviews of tenants (companies) here. *Are there really people with such unreasonable standards in the world?! When I look at the content, it seems that these people are quite argumentative and have a policy (?) that they are always 100% right. These people may be having some kind of trouble with the tenants (companies), but unless a court rules it a "crime," Entre Salon cannot easily terminate their contract. Otherwise, the tenants (companies) could sue them for wrongful termination. If they know how to "send a certified letter," they should know that much, right? Thinking about it this way, it seems like a way to get back at them. Entre Salon is being targeted because it's easy to get caught because it's being ignored by the tenants (companies). *Normally, when you hear about some kind of trouble between an ordinary consumer and a company (tenant), your first thought might be, "Well, the company must have done something wrong," but when it gets to this point, you can't help but feel sorry for the companies, thinking, "These companies (tenants) are being bullied by strange people too. Maybe that's why they're ignoring them. They probably don't want to have anything to do with them anymore." Apparently, some reception staff do have rude attitudes, so I would have given the place an overall rating of two stars, but I felt sorry for them being attacked by these weirdos, and out of a desire to support them, I gave it three stars. ======================================== I decided to look into the most persistent person's review to see what was going on. This person only had three reviews in total, two about Entre Salon and one about "a certain company." Apparently, they threatened to "smear Entre Salon on Google reviews if they didn't cancel their contract," but isn't that a crime and customer harassment? Considering the timing of the review and the fact that the "certain company" is Entre Salon Shinjuku's address, there was probably some kind of trouble between them and the company in question. Since the company's website states "Payment Method: Credit Card," we speculate that this may be the case: The person who wrote the review (hereafter referred to as the consumer) purchased a service from the company in question (hereafter referred to as the company). There was some kind of trouble between the consumer and the company. Based on the content of the review so far, it seems likely that the consumer was making excessive demands (after all, they are the same person who is threatening Entre Salon to cancel their tenant contract). The company no longer wants to be involved. Perhaps they filed a "chargeback request" or "allegation of fraudulent use" with the credit card company. However, the card company deemed it a "legitimate request." The consumer may have then consulted a lawyer. However, since their request was likely ignored, they had no choice but to send a certified letter. *Or perhaps the lawyer was also shocked by the consumer's claims and said, "I won't send it, but why don't you send a certified letter?" However, the company, thinking, "The credit card company has already made its decision, so it's probably some kind of unreasonable demand," refused to accept the certified letter. So the consumer targeted Entre Salon Shinjuku."
"It's conveniently located right next to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station. It's within walking distance from Shinjuku Station, but it's a bit of a walk. It occupies an entire long, vertical building, with free desks and conference rooms on each floor. We especially recommend the free desks on the 5th floor. The seats are spacious and designed to maintain a sense of privacy, allowing you to concentrate on your work without worrying about those around you."
"I used it as a drop-in. This facility is a compact building that feels like a company building, but it is cleverly laid out over four floors (2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th), and I was impressed by how each floor is used for different purposes. The free desks on the 5th floor, where conversations are prohibited, have high partitions, allowing you to concentrate and immerse yourself in work or study."
