"In the project I was involved in, I got the impression that governance management and training for PM members was quite sloppy, with older temporary staff uploading client information to Copilot without hashing or masking it, and then processing the reconciliation. I also had doubts about the way certain management levels were run, with PMs taking unnecessary equipment from client companies for their own personal use and referring to the previous section manager as "that guy." Of course, there are also managers with excellent leadership skills."
"This is a shady company and I would never recommend it. First of all, transportation expenses are not paid properly, so working every day means you're in the red. They calculate your route based on a bus stop that's far away, and when you tell management about it, they ignore it. Secondly, the managers are replaced every six months, so they have less knowledge than the on-site staff and can't even handle complaints. They're always short-staffed, and because wages are low, there are no applications even when they post new positions, so there's always a shortage of staff on site. However, they don't do anything to address this, so many staff quit, and it's not the kind of thing you can just "work and laugh about it." Basically, it's a shady company, so I would never recommend it. Addendum (January 21, 2020): Transportation expenses for public transport increased last year, but the company ignored them. After numerous negotiations, the payment was finally settled in January. Why is it so slow? What happened to the people who quit in the meantime?"
"The COCOA incident is a particularly egregious example of Japan's middleman structure. As long as companies like this exist, there is no future for Japan's IT industry. Japan's employment system should be reconsidered, and everything should be in-house, like in the United States."
"It is not at all a good thing to have ignored the problems with an app that has such a large social impact and is also heavily contracted by the government, but I do feel sympathy for the company being pursued by ignorant and stupid people who are unaware of the structure of Japan's IT industry and simply criticize the company for cutting corners."
