"This is about the Viki app in America. I like to watch Asian dramas and I love that they have so many to choose from. I use the free version with advertisement’s. I find that when I watch the dramas with ads they always glitch some freeze for 10 to 30 seconds, while others never even start forming me to log out and log back in multiple times to get back to my show. Since this is a Japanese company I can only assume that their technology would be good enough not to have these issues. It seems to me that they probably do this on purpose to force people to subscribe instead of watching the free version. This is a very unethical and frustrating thing to happen. It makes you look like a bunch of amateurs. I wonder if your advertisers know about this issue. It has been going on for years and nobody seems to be trying to fix it."
