"I am writing this review to warn potential customers. I placed an order for a fitness ring at the end of October. According to the company’s own website, delivery is stated to take 7–14 calendar days. These terms were not honored. More than a month and a half later, the issue remains unresolved. During this time, I experienced repeated delays, inconsistent information, and a complete lack of accountability from the company. Customer support does not communicate in a timely or adequate manner. Responses to my emails often took several days to several weeks, making it impossible to resolve issues efficiently. Communication was unreliable, and whenever replies did come, they did not move the situation toward any real solution. In addition to delivery and service problems, the product itself raises technical concerns, which makes proper customer support even more critical — yet support was precisely where the company failed. What is most concerning is that: • customer support does not cooperate, • problems are not resolved, • and refunds are not processed even after excessive delays. Instead of resolving the issue, the company continues to deflect responsibility, mislead the customer, and waste an unreasonable amount of time and emotional energy.
