"The call center lady, who probably had no idea about the protective pipe reception from just a few years ago, got angry, so I did as she said, and sure enough, the call back was meaningless. The organization called TEPCO is really a pain in every way. I don't want to get involved with them. No one in the private sector would use a place like this. Neither Power Grid, Energy Partners, nor Town Planning."

"My interaction with the Tsuchiura branch office. I asked them to remove the power lines that were encroaching on my property. Initially, they were adamant that it couldn't be done. They didn't explain why in a way that even a layperson could understand. When I asked again, they said, "I told you that before," so I asked them to explain it in a way that I could understand, but they still didn't. A representative from another company who came afterward was much kinder and more polite. "I was told that since I use electricity, I should just put up with the power lines encroaching on my property." I don't understand why they were so condescending. I pay my electricity bill, so I think it should be a matter of course. I felt they were condescending, unpleasant, and acting like they were treating me like a lord."
