Misleading Advertising The official website states, "Leave the internet connection setup to us." However, this isn't actually the case. I think this is misleading advertising that could easily deceive consumers. Comparison with Other Companies With NTT FLET's West Japan, which I used previously, setup was free and easy. I would like BBIQ to provide a similar level of service. Expectations for Improvement As a subsidiary of Kyushu Electric Power, I expect BBIQ to provide more transparent and consumer-oriented services. I understand that there are labor costs involved in setup work, but if so, I would like them to clearly explain that. Finally, I was fortunate enough to have the necessary setup skills, so it was fine for me, but I imagine it would have been a really difficult situation for those who didn't. I hope BBIQ will improve these aspects and become a service that more users can use with peace of mind."

Is there really anyone who would sign a contract with someone who thinks they're going to be explaining the installation but turns out to be selling?
