"All I was told was that they could deliver on this day and that day, so when I called, I was told they were fully booked and couldn't deliver on the 26th of the year. So when I ordered the following week, I was told that they wouldn't deliver because it was the end of the year, and the earliest I could deliver would be after the new year. Since we were only asked about the days of the week in the initial explanation, there was no fault on our part. The receptionist on the phone also insisted that she didn't know anything and only said that they would call from head office. I think the receptionist's name was Abe? They spoke in a way that made it seem as if they were not at fault."
"I ordered kerosene, but it never arrived. I also never received the form to fill out my direct debit details. I called again and they said they could deliver it on a certain date at the earliest. It almost seemed like they'd forgotten about my forgetting. In the end, it turned out that the elderly woman who answered the phone made a mistake and the order was overlooked. Apparently the form was recorded as having been sent, but it still hasn't arrived. I was also told that they don't normally deliver to rooms on the third floor or above in October, and that wasn't explained to me when I placed my order. To top it off, they said they'd deliver it this time, but... which made me feel really bad. It's gotten really cold recently, so living without heating is the worst. Even with a blanket, it's still cold, and my son has to wear two layers of outerwear around the house, so I wonder what they'll do if he catches a cold. By the way, it's been two weeks and the form still hasn't arrived. I wonder where it went?"
