"I used a rental conference room in this building (booked through a website called Spacee) for a meeting with a client. To be frank... While it's understandable given the building's age, I wouldn't say it was particularly clean. Personally, while I understand the age of the building is unavoidable to some extent, the yellowed curtains and the peeling paint on the doors were noticeable. I felt that these aspects could be improved with a little more consideration for the user, even without incurring additional costs. However, considering its excellent location—just a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station and plenty of nearby parking—the price is quite reasonable. I won't comment on whether I'll use it again, but I wanted to share my honest opinion."

"The lobby, corridors, and elevators felt a bit dated, but the rooms were very clean. Seeing people coming and going, I imagine it's a space used for a variety of purposes. Considering its proximity to the station, I think it's a very good building. There is no parking available. You'll need to use a coin-operated parking lot, so it's best to check the rates beforehand."
"This building was a business hotel a long time ago. The counter on the first floor is still there, but there is no lodging facility there now. I often see tourists coming in by mistake. It is now a condominium, with shops, offices, and private residences. It also houses a rental conference room, a beauty salon for women, and a sex shop. It is a 13-story building that is almost half a century old, but there is only one elevator, so depending on the timing, the waiting time is long. On Friday and Saturday nights, drunk people make noise at the neighboring restaurant "Gaburi Chicken" (across the Meieki 2-chome intersection), so if you are going to live there, it is better to live on a floor above the 10th floor. The room I rented over 10 years ago does not have a "closet," so you have to be creative in changing your bedding in the summer and winter. You can apply for the old NTT VDSL system for the Internet individually, but it is a slow 100 megabit specification, so it is not cost-effective now that "gigabit" is the norm, and many people probably think "I'll just use a smartphone."
