Featured Client Reviews
"I met the requirements for a certain live streaming app, but I haven't received any points. It's a scam company that exploits users' personal information and points without even letting them contact you, and it doesn't even show up in the review process. It's also introducing cumbersome, time-consuming facial recognition, which will make it even more difficult to earn points. If you don't want to be exploited, I don't recommend using it."
"Even if you meet 100% of the conditions for earning points, they are not reflected. They are always rejected, and only small amounts are approved. The more you use surveys, etc., the more noticeable this tendency becomes. They say the survey takes six months. No matter what you send, you only get a standard response (the survey takes six months). It's the same with other point sites. As others have said, it seems like they're skimming points from advertisers. It seems to be as corrupt as other industries."
"I earned points, but they didn't transfer them. My login history was deleted and my points expired. This is extremely malicious. I contacted them to ask if the transfer hadn't arrived yet. If you request a transfer and then don't receive it, it's probably a scam."
"Even after using advertisements, points remain in "pending" status and are rarely reflected. This constitutes a violation of the Premiums and Representations Act and is a form of fraud. (Even though tracking and other conditions are established, the evaluation process should begin.) When I inquired with the advertiser about point acquisition, they said it was ineligible for points for any reason = proof that they are pocketing the points. You should never use Moppy again. Protest by not using it!"
"Even when I met the conditions, my application was rejected. I carefully read the notes in the advertisement and definitely installed the app via Moppy (←with absolute certainty), but my application was rejected for the mysterious reason that "usage via Moppy and fulfillment of the conditions cannot be confirmed." I carefully read the notes and took appropriate measures (including tracking-related measures) to avoid rejection, so I have a hard time understanding why it was rejected. I met the conditions within the specified time period from installation, but still wasn't awarded points, so when I inquired (again, within the inquiry period), I properly attached a screenshot of the screen showing the conditions met, but my application was rejected. Isn't this clearly a scam advertisement? I should have been awarded points, but I wasn't. Considering that I could have obtained points if I had used the service on another site, I've suffered a huge loss. And while it would be one thing if it were free, it's the worst when you pay for things like charges out of your own pocket, expecting them to be refunded in points, and then have your application rejected. And what infuriates me most is their lack of responsibility for advertising projects. As long as they're running ads, they should take more responsibility for the content they list and the points they award when the conditions are met (as well as building a system to accurately determine whether the ad was placed through Moppy). The ad description says, "We will investigate if the conditions are still being determined or if the points are rejected." But it seems like they have users fill out a detailed inquiry form when making an inquiry, then hand that information over to the advertiser and wait for a response as to whether the conditions have been met. Can you really say that Moppy is "investigating" advertising projects themselves? (What's more, it can take months, or even as long as six months, to get a response to inquiries... This is a response that doesn't even seem to be proactive.) And to top it all off, they run ads that don't award points even if the conditions are met (false ads), and then they leave it alone without any apology or explanation, saying, "We couldn't confirm that the conditions were met, so the ad was rejected." This is an incredibly terrible attitude for a company. Is this an exaggerated advertisement or a display violation? Won't you be punished in some way for this? So be careful, if you jump at the chance just because "Moppy has the highest paying jobs", you could fall into an unexpected trap."
