Featured Client Reviews
"For some reason, I'm an official Niigata City ambassador. The opinions of those featured were helpful. I get annoyed when information is posted here on the weekends 😒 It's the reason I don't want to go anywhere in the city anymore."
"Is this the company behind Koriyama Communications? It seems they suddenly shut down operations, and updates were being posted under a completely personal name. Yamako doesn't exist. It's incredibly disappointing."
"Niigata Tsushin filmed the inside of our store without our permission and published an article about our store's opening. As the store owner, we aren't seeing an increase in customers over the long term, and it's quite inconvenient as our employees are kept busy for a limited time. After looking at the site, I found it very annoying that they also cover store closures. I think it's ridiculous that a site that only posts about store openings and closings would talk about a local site. I asked an acquaintance, and he said that PR articles are expensive, starting from 200,000 yen, and in some cases even more so (for major companies or prefectures, for example). I was annoyed, so I tried to ask them to delete the photos, but they never replied to my email. It seems they also outsource phone calls, so we couldn't get through to them."
"This is the company that operates "Niigata Tsuushin" and "Niigata TV." It seems that they often write articles without an appointment, which is a real pain for the restaurants. Because it's an influential media outlet, the number of customers increases the day after a restaurant is featured, and they can't keep up. As for Niigata TV, I'm concerned about their eating etiquette, or rather, it's unpleasant. The food doesn't look appetizing to watch, and it looks like the customers are being forced to eat."
"They are posting photos of the store and its closure information online for commercial use without the store's permission or consent. This is an act that tramples on the feelings of the store owner and the employees who worked there, and is a very disappointing company. The fact that they outsource their telephone reception is also suspicious."
