They called to remind us of things one day before the inspection, explained the inspection process in detail on the day of the inspection, and carefully inspected each step. "My first home inspection was on September 20th. I want to clarify that this is not a paid review or any false recommendation; I am genuinely grateful for the feedback and sharing. In this world full of investors who only want to sell and don't want to handle things properly, a home inspection company is absolutely crucial! The team that inspected my home on September 20th [Wu Ruilun, Chen Yiting, and Xu Guowei] were incredibly dedicated. They spent two and a half hours assisting with the inspection: They identified the most critical issue: the bathroom. 1. It's no exaggeration to say that an entire section of the wall was hollow. 2. Water leakage in the walls. 3. Water leakage where the showerhead connects to the wall. 4. The bathroom threshold wasn't sealed with silicone, causing water to seep into the living room. 5. The exhaust vent of the heater/air conditioner wasn't properly connected. Also, two windows were unusable, there was backflow in the air conditioner drain, all the drain channels were filled with silt and stones, the balcony tiles were cracked all over, and one tile was missing and hadn't been replaced—a total of 54 defects of varying sizes awaiting repair! I haven't encountered any other teams or home inspection companies that I can't compare to or share, but my experience with Leju's home inspection was truly excellent. During the process, the inspector taught me how to inspect properties and carefully explained normal and abnormal conditions. It wasn't just a routine, perfunctory inspection; they genuinely cared about the well-being of the homeowners. This is invaluable and professional work, and I truly admire them. Buying a house is no easy feat. After spending so much money, I hope to move into a problem-free home. I'm so glad that all the issues were found before handover, contradicting the seller's initial claim that "my house has no problems." I'm not only sharing this, but also truly grateful to have such a trustworthy brand! I highly recommend contacting Mr. Wu Ruilun.
