"The availability of their customer service has improved significantly over the last year. But never trust their delivery promise. They say will deliver before a certain date/time, but they give your package to a shipping company that doesnt care. 6 hours later or a day later.. you will get a NT10 coupon for discount on your next purchase."
"TLDR: horrible website and payment system + don't care about their customers I had a horrendous shopping experience on PChome. The billing info form did not support oversea address yet they authorized my US credit card without me hitting the submission button. There was no confirmation whether the payment had gone through or not, so I then paid with another Taiwanese credit card. Took months to figure out which card was charged and settle the dispute. You should only shop here if you have a Taiwanese credit card. I think their site can also use a rebuild. It looks like it's still in early the 2000s. Not to mention they threatened to sue me in multiple phone calls if I don't help them close their book by certain time(Their unclear balance was due to the dispute I submitted. Back then I thought charged on the Taiwanese credit card since I did go through the entire payment flow with that card). I understand the business need to close the book. As a customer, I think I was really doing them a favor by contacting my own bank to resolve this when the misunderstanding was caused by their ancient payment system in the first place. They wanted me to wire them money directly even after I already went through the hoops to cancel the dispute just so they can get their money quicker. They have never considered the risk of me wiring money to them directly and being charged(dispute cancellation) by the bank again. Would I have to chase down that money myself if that happens? Is their customer service going to assist me with this? The vibe I'm getting from PChome and their customer service was "send us money so we can close the book and I don't care what happens next." Eventually they let me go after I showed them my bank statement to prove that I have indeed been billed. In retrospect, I wasted too many hours just to buy some things on their site."
