All the leads were Farmers Insurance and I cannot quote through Farmers because I am Farmers. I will not use this company again. My rep AJ was nice, but management takes advantage of agents. "Some of the people that work at this company are excellent human beings and care deeply about each agents success. I don’t make phone calls to Health Insurance Leads anymore, and haven’t done so for years. But before, when that’s what my job required, I used Benepath for years. I have worked with six or seven recognizable, major lead generation companies, and after six years, have determined that this is not the one I’m going to work with anymore. In my personal experience, by the time prospective clients have clicked on a Benepath Lead form, they’ve already Filled out lead forms for at least two or three other companies. Whoever is collecting data for Benepath is showing ads on social media or search results that our second, third, or fourth on the page… At least that’s been my impression Because of this, the leads I get from Benepath are often overwhelmed with phone calls long before I talk to them for the first time. Benapath leads seem to be correctly filtered for long-term health issues, but by the time I talk to me, they are completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of calls and texts They are getting from other agents. Prospects from Benepath see me as nothing more than a spam caller or a scammer. This is despite benapath showing them a picture of me and giving that person all of my personal information so they will know that I am calling or texting or emailing. In my experience, Benepath is the least effective lead generation source if you want Sales. I would give them one star if it wasn’t for the fact that I like a few people that work there. One that I don’t like called me this morning while I was driving and wouldn’t let me get off the phone so I could follow my GPS. Evidently, it was far more important that they get through their sales presentation. That resulted in me having to spend an extra 20 minutes on the road today after missing a turn that I couldn’t see on the screen…. because they’re untimely Call was covering the GPS. When I told them I needed to pay attention to the map and asked if this was important or not, the person Prattled on and on about how they’re calling all the agents to make sure they know about some great new prices or features or some other nonsense. It was a complete waste of my time. Instead of saying “this can wait” the person started reading from a script and distracted me while I was driving in traffic. To me, That does not show a high level of concern for the customer… to me it just shows they hire people to read scripts and close the business no matter what I wish you the best of luck if you choose these folks to buy Leads from. You’re going to need it."

"This company is a scam! The people who work here are very nice but the health insurance leads are a scam. They keep telling you if you pay more you will get leads. I didn’t get leads for weeks and they said well you need to pay more so I did and I ended up getting around 2 leads per week. The leads that I’ve received the phone never rings no matter what time I call it’s straight to a generic VM. I’ve asked for my money back but they say no you have to get the leads you paid for. I want my money back! This place is a scam! Do not waste your time or money with this company."
"I do not care what other people have told you. This company is by far the absolute best lead source i have EVER HAD for commercial leads. The price is worth every penny. IF you actually work the lead you will get sales. I had a 90% contact and quote rate with a 38% close rate. The only reason i didn't have higher close rates is because the quotes i came back with were not competitive with their current policies."
